SINNERS & SAINTS CAR SHOW

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Due to potentially severe weather, the combined worship service will be held inside the Cross & Flame at 9 AM! After the service, feel free to stay, enjoy the cars and fellowship, and have a hot dog lunch. Weather permitting, all car show activities will follow as normal. We will keep everyone updated if anything changes.

The Road Disciples Sinners and Saints Show will take place at the First United Methodist Church on Sunday, April 30, 2023

This is an opportunity for anyone who is in love with their wheeled rides to bring ‘em out and show them off while supporting a good cause.

There will be awards for People's Choice Award (Best Overall), Best Classic Car, Best Classic Truck, Best Modern Car, Best Classic Truck.

Donations not required but are encouraged. (THIS IS A FUNDRAISER AFTER ALL!) Money and other easily liquid assets collected will help support the work of HOPE (Helping Overcome Poverty in Elbert County )

The show starts at 9 am where Pastor Jim McCollough will deliver a Motörhead friendly, spiritually amazing and in all aspects outrageous message about love and service to others. The entire service will be outside- no need to leave your cars! After the service (sometime around 9:30) the show continues with a hot dog lunch and live entertainment.

Guest, drivers, owners, and enthusiasts are invited to show up at 8:30 AM and stay till they’ve had enough. Coffee will be provided for free prior to the service. If you decide not to stay, you’ll miss a great opportunity to witness our local legend, the generally out-of-control Padre doing his thing for the crowd and the Glory of God.

Tell your friends, tell your neighbors. Bring the kids of all ages. Everybody’s welcome. No one will be turned away, no matter what evil deeds you may have done in the past. Jesus, after all, is about redemption so bring those righteous rods and bikes and trucks and what have you and don’t miss this one. It’ll be legendary.

Supported by the Happy Feet Dancers and the First United Methodist Church for H.O.P.E.

Be there or be square!
